Attorney At Law
Robin Kaiser first began her legal career after she attended St. Louis University School of Law, earning her J.D. degree in 2005. Before that, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Paralegal Studies in 2001 from Maryville University in St. Louis. Robin is now a member of the Missouri Bar, WealthCounsel, ElderCounsel, and The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
Background & Experience
Robin began her practice in the area of family law, where she helped clients with dissolutions of marriage, child custody, child support, and maintenance cases. When she refocused her practice area on estate planning, her experience working with families gave Robin a unique perspective on issues of estate planning and elder law. She is passionate about helping families facing tragedy and loss, and she is well experienced in providing her clients with the legal guidance they need.
The small size of our law firm better enables Robin to provide her clients with the personalized attention they need. Her current practice focuses on estate planning and elder law, and she deals with cases addressing trusts, powers of attorney, advanced directives, estate administration, trust administration, as well as probate. She has ample experience helping clients throughout the St. Louis area and is committed to helping individuals and families protect their assets.
A Devotion to Clients' Needs
Throughout her career, Robin has appreciated the value of education, especially as it applies to the legal field. For this reason, she identifies herself as an educator and is dedicated to teaching her clients about the estate planning documents they receive, how they protect their assets, and why they benefit them. Robin currently also uses her enthusiasm for education to serve on the Leadership Counsel for the School of Arts and Sciences of Maryville University.
